Conspiracy Facts show Obama is not eligible to be President.

I know what you are thinking this sounds crazy but read on and I’ll show the evidence shows he’s a fraud. Back in April 2008 I received an email alleging Obama was ineligible to serve office as president but wrongly assumed he was eligible since I assumed he was born on U.S. soil. The email stated Obama’s father was never a U.S. citizen which I later confirmed was true. It also stated according to the law in order to transfer citizenship at least one parent had to be a citizen for at least 10 years, 5 of which were after the age of 14 but I ignored the law which I later confirmed was also true since I thought it sounded likely a crazy conspiracy theory to smear him. This is ironic because I also questioned John McCain’s eligibility to be president during the Republican primary because I care about following the U.S. Constitution and I was upset with him and still am for voting for amnesty for illegal aliens in 2007 (among other things). I was standing on principal against John McCain over reasons to doubt his eligibility when he went through congressional hearings for him whereas they did not for Obama. Would it really be fair to conduct Congressional hearings into John McCain’s eligibility and not Barack Obama? Of course it wouldn’t. Later on August 24th, 2010 I read another article on WorldNetDaily and discovered that a lifelong Democrat was willing to put his reputation on the line to challenge Obama’s eligibility to be president. By the way, he’s the former state attorney general of Pennsylvania and a former candidate for Senator and governor. I decided to take a serious look into this issue and make a fair judgment of this issue based off of facts and logic as usual. I thought this was possible but did not understand all the issues involved. By October within a few weeks before the election I saw a video where lifelong Democrat Philip J. Berg explained the issue better where he states Obama’s grandmother said he was born in Kenya. He also stated Obama’s school records indicate he was an Indonesian citizen at a time when Indonesia did not allow dual citizenship. Now the “mainstream” media may have told you that Obama is eligible because he released his birth certificate, he has birth announcements in the papers and the government says so. There are many problems with the government and media’s version of this story. First of all document expert Dr. Polarik has determined that document is a forgery for reasons you can hear about the video listed below. I would also like to point out the certification number in the corner is marked out and the document states any alteration to this document invalidates it. Later another C.O.L.B. was released which had the certification number on it but it was not in the right sequential order so not only is the document a forgery it’s not a very good one either. Also it turns out that his family did not even live at the address in the newspaper announcement (which is not an official legal document). For the record, I am not claiming this document was forged so he could run for president in 2008 I am saying this would done so Obama’s mother could scam all the benefits of U.S. citizenship for him. The final claim used to try to show Obama is eligible is that the government says so. If you believe that, I have some real estate on the moon I would like to sell you. The media has responded to this with a silly made up term they call “birther”. I am not going to let a silly made up word intimidate me into ignoring the U.S. Constitution. About a year ago in mid-July mentally-challenged Robert Gibbs asked “reporters” to look for the noble truth. The noble truth is actually a lie the government tells the people which they claim is in the people’s best interest. It’s very interesting an administration that ran on transparency won’t release a simple birth certificate.
The evidence continues to pile up against Obama. Former Democratic Governor Bill Richardson has stated Obama is an immigrant. The Kenyan ambassador admits he is Kenyan born and his wife calls Kenya Obama’s home country. Even former senior election clerk Tim Adams said Obama was definitely not born in Hawaii but doesn’t want people to challenge Obama’s eligibility.
Now in case you were wondering about his marriage to his wife and how it affects eligibility here is what I think: Wiki answers says you must file a petition in this case and pass oral or written exams. •Assuming that Obama’s wife is a citizen which I suspect she is and the marriage was valid (without the marriage certificate we really just don’t know). There are so many strange things about Obama’s background that need records to be released. He would have to apply to get citizenship it is not automatic. To do that he must show the following Passport(s) valid for six months beyond the intended date of entry into the United States
•Birth certificate
•Divorce or death certificate of any previous spouse
•Marriage certificate
•Police certificate from all places lived since age 16
•Medical examination
•Evidence of financial support. A completed Form I-864 Affidavit of Support from petitioner/ sponsor is required.
•Application for Immigrant Visa and Alien Registration, Form DS-230, both Part I and Part II
•Two immigrant visa photos
•Proof of the marriage and the husband/wife relationship
•Payment of immigrant processing fees, as explained below
•I highly doubt Obama would release his birth certificate, medical records and I doubt Obama would provide a police certificate from every country he visited considering cops get suspended if they run a background check on Obama. Even members of the United States military are challenging Obama’s (Barry Soetoro’s) eligibility even though they risk jail time without evidence that Obama is eligible to serve in that office. Last year a war hero who won many metals of honor has told the military he demands proof Obama is eligible. The government decided to tell him he does not have to serve. Lt. Col. Terrence Lakin has served honorably in the U.S. military for 17 years in at least six countries is demanding proof Obama is a legal president since members of the U.S. military have a sworn duty to defend the U.S. Constitution which requires the president to be a natural born citizen. An innocent man may end of going to prison without being able to present evidence to prove Obama is not a valid U.S. president. If that is not tyranny what is?
A former senior elections clerk says Obama was not born in Hawaii. The government is now even claiming his (alleged) mother’s passport records are destroyed from before 1968. That same year Obama’s mother asked the state department not to give Obama a U.S. passport because he probably wasn’t a U.S. citizen at all or she was likely to be renouncing it. Obama’s recently confirmed pick for the SCOTUS Kagan worked on cases protecting Obama at least 9 times over the eligibility issue. If that’s not a conflict of interest I don’t know what is. All cases have been ignored on the issue of standing even though the Senate looked into McCain’s eligibility and hypocritically ignored Obama’s. Also his myspace page until it was changed yesterday suggested he was actually born in 1957. I suspect he was born in 1961 as claimed but this matter could be settled by releasing his original birth certificate. I also want to know if there are any truth to the rumors he lied about who his real parents are. I don’t believe what Obama says about pretty much anything so I want to see all his records to see what he is telling the truth about if anything.
Let me make another two things clear. First the Obama eligibility issue is about more than just about whether Obama is a U.S. citizen. The issue is whether or not Obama is a natural born citizen as referenced in the U.S. Constitution which states in Article II, Section I, Clause V “No person except a natural born Citizen, or a Citizen of the United States, at the time of the Adoption of this Constitution, shall be eligible to the Office of President”. The term natural born citizen is defined in the Law of nations which is referenced in the U.S. Constitution which states in Article I, Section VIII, Clause X “To define and punish Piracies and Felonies committed on the high Seas, and Offenses against the Law of Nations;” If Congress had any sense they would punish Barack Hussein Obama for his crime or should I say Barry Soetoro since that is probably his legal name. You could look up these clauses yourself if you just so happen to have a U.S. Constitution. The Law of Nations states that the person’s father must be a citizen of this country and Obama’s father never was.
The second issue is that this is about more than just removing Obama from office. If Obama (Barry Soetoro) is not a natural born citizen he is not a legal President meaning everything he has done is null and void. That means any appointment he has made (like his picks for the Supreme Court) or law (like the healthcare bill) he has signed is not valid so anyone he has appointed if the law were to be enforced would be removed from office as well and any law he has signed should be treated as if it did not pass. It’s really easy to make a forged C.O.L.B.. It’s actually much easier to do then you might expect. The 1st president of China has a C.O.L.B. stating he was born in Hawaii even though he wasn’t. C.O.L.B.’s are also typically reserved for out of state residents at least back then. You can even make your own as long as you don’t use them for legal purposes. It also means the country does not actually have a legal president. I think a new election should be held to get a legal constitutionally valid president. In the interim period before the election it would be difficult to find a person who could legally serve since anyone that worked for Obama’s cabinet was appointed by illegal orders. The only person not in the list of Presidential succession would be Daniel Inouye (D-HI) who is President pro tempore. Just think we could have a historic presidency. We could have a president who was actually born in Hawaii instead of one pretending to be. There should be a requirement that anyone from now on should prove eligibility before taking office.
For anyone calling this a conspiracy theory or “racism” I would like to ask do you think Obama’s (Barry Soetoro) wife said his home country is in Kenya because she hates black people. Do you think his paternal grandmother who said she was there in the delivery room when he was born is a conspiracy theorist? How often do the majority of Americans come to believe something that is a conspiracy theory? At the start of August last year, only 23% had doubts about Obama’s eligibility. Now only 42% of the country believes with certainty and without evidence Obama was born in the U.S. Are 174 million Americans conspiracy theorists? I think not. In fact, I know not. When a majority of Americans doubts Obama was born in this country, it ceases to be a conspiracy theory. It becomes mainstream opinion.
There comes a time in every nation when the government goes way too far and does things that it should not and the people have to options. They could live under tyranny or bring back liberty hopefully in a peaceful way which sometimes is not possible. The Founders ended British rule in the American Revolution and the Confederacy tried to secede peacefully but instead we ended up with an immoral and illegal war of Northern Aggression. The natural born citizen requirement which was made to ensure our security and that the president would be loyal to the United States. When Congress and the Supreme Court ignores this it is basically the government telling you we don’t care what the law says we will do whatever we want and you will not stop us. I think we can by demanding all elected officials follow the United States Constitution. This will likely be a gradual process but removing Obama from office would help speed up the process.
This is why I refuse to believe the following: The Earth is flat. The moon is made of cheese. Obama was born in the United States. By the way anyone who believes the Earth is flat or the moon is made of cheese that I may have offended I most sincerely apologize. I guess it’s like what Obama said "I happen to know that my approval ratings are still very high in the country of my birth." Well I am tired of Obama (Barry Soetoro) pretending he is a God that can do whatever he wants. They do have one thing in common though. Obama like God does not have a birth certificate. The difference is God does not think he is Obama (Barry Soetoro). After all it’s like Joseph Farah said “Where’s the birth certificate? It’s a simple question and it has not been answered despite what Bill O’Reilly will tell you. The rest of the media they think it’s ridiculous which makes me absolutely certain it’s one of the most important questions we can be asking.”

The Supreme Court likely to become even more out of touch with Americans.

I just knew there was some out of the mainstream views of possible future Supreme Court justice (or should I say injustice) Elena Kagan. Now I have the facts to back it up. Elena Kagan argued before the Supreme Court on September 9th, 2009 that the government could ban books since she claimed the government would not enforce it. Bad laws should be overturned even if they are rarely enforced so they will not be used to harass or imprison innocent people. There is this thing called the First Amendment that I care about since I care about the U.S. Constitution which states “Congress shall make no law respecting an establishment of religion, or prohibiting the free exercise thereof; or abridging the freedom of speech, or of the press; or the right of the people peaceably to assemble, and to petition the Government for a redress of grievances.” It sounds like based off of the comments that they were discussing a piece of legislation that Congress decided to call “Campaign finance reform” to restrict the ability of the opponents of politicians who are currently in office and at the same they claimed they are against special interests or corporate interests to attempt to convince voters to reelect them. That sounds corrupt me. If that is not bad enough they could not even get the votes to amend the bill to say, the law will uphold the First Amendment. It should never be assumed government won’t abuse it’s power.
I would also like to point out to all these politicians who are so concerned with diversity that if she is confirmed that we will have a Supreme Court will consist entirely of members that went to Harvard or Yale, it will contain zero White Anglo Saxon Protestants for the first time in history. None of these justice are from towns with low populations either. If diversity is the goal why not have a justice that went to Eureka College or have a Asian or white justice considering Democrats have not appointed a white Christian since the 1960’s (or one that would uphold the U.S. Constitution)? Perhaps we could have a Supreme Court Justice from Ducktown, Tennessee (Yes that is a real place it is right next to Turtletown, Tennessee, which is also a real place) Maybe, we could have a Protestant, Buddhist or a Scientologist on the SCOTUS instead of six Catholics and three Jews. If someone really wants diversity what about ideological diversity how about we get a justice that believes space aliens built the pyramids, someone that believes the 2nd Amendment gives Americans the right to own a nuclear weapon, someone that believes the 14th Amendment’s equal protection clause gives 5 year olds just as much right to drive as anyone else (even though driving is a privilege not a right) or someone that believes yelling fire in building that is not burning are protected under freedom of speech. I disagree with all these opinions for the record. I type this to point out the diversity double standards yet again.
As if that were not outrageous enough she doesn’t follow Twilight. This can only mean one thing she must be covering up for the fact she is an evil human-blood sucking vampire. Just kidding, I am not comparing her to an evil human-blood sucking vampires because that would be rude to human-blood sucking vampires. My real concern is she received $10,000 for work she did for Goldman Sachs which is a company accused of defrauding investors. (Obama also got about $1 million in political donations from people that run Goldman Sachs but I am sure it is just a coincidence.)
Kagan also offered sympathetic ear to lesbian group Lambda’s Transgender Task Force demand to force all women to share public bathrooms and locker rooms with cross-dressing men, which is now part of Harvard’s dormitory policy. She even made up information in order to keep partial birth abortion (which is exactly what it sounds like when most of the baby is outside of the mother’s body while the baby is being killed) legal in the 1990’s. Kagan’s favorite judge is an Israeli judge named Judge Aharon Barak. Barak wrote that a judge "is subject to no authority" except himself, and he "must sometimes depart the confines of his legal system and channel into it fundamental values not yet found in it." That pretty much means the judge should do whatever he or she wants. I’m not really surprised some named Barack would do whatever he wants whether or not it is legal. Kagan even refused to answer whether our rights come from the U.S. Constitution. This is why I titled the piece “The Supreme Court likely to become even more out of touch with Americans”. I put likely in the title just in case she does not get confirmed.
Elena was asked what she would do if Congress passed a law forcing Americans to eat 3 servings of fruits and 3 servings of vegetables each day. She refused to answer the question and stated that dumb laws could be upheld which sounds like a hint she would uphold such a law or a similar law. I don’t see anything about the government forcing people to eat fruits and vegetables listed in the powers of Congress in Article I Section VIII of the United States Constitution. I say the government should not tell you what to eat or not to eat. Keep your government off my carrots and my cupcakes. I’m not if she is as bad as Sonia Sotomayor who stated "I would hope that a wise Latina woman with the richness of her experience would more often than not reach a better conclusion (as a judge) than a white male who hasn't lived that life." If the terms white and Latina were reversed the media would call it racism and there probably wouldn’t even by congressional hearings. This clearly shows Obama’s disregard for the U.S. Constitution but what do you expect from someone who spends millions of dollars to prevent the release of their original birth certificate? I will discuss this more in my next post.

Jan Brewer loves America.

Well there is good news for a change Governor Jan Brewer loves America. You know things are bad when it makes news that a governor wants to enforce the law. I am not sure about whether the other 49 governors in this country are concerned enough about enforcing immigration law to take steps to do so. I will wait and see if any of them follow Arizona’s recent example. In fairness some states beside Arizona are attempting to do the same. Recently an illegal alien murdered a rancher. In response to this and countless other crimes in the state, both houses of the state legislature in Arizona passed a law similar to the unenforced federal law with more power for the police to enforce it. The governor has a brain so she signed it. There is a simple way to deal with this problem. The solution is to enforce the law. If someone breaks into your house, you should call the police and have them removed from your house and put in jail. It is also true if someone breaks into your country you should call Immigration and Customs Enforcement and have them removed from your country and put in jail. In the United States, we let them off easy by not putting them in prison. In other countries, you risk jail time, being accused of being a spy, forced labor and you may be raped, beaten, robbed or killed. If you’re really unlucky more than one of those things will happen to you. Giving amnesty to illegal aliens make as much sense as allowing bank robbers to rob a bank, turn themselves in, not go to jail and let them keep the money. Neither makes any sense since its bad for society. The result was there were violent riots. For anyone foolish enough to believe these laws are harsh in Mexico the law is tougher. The law says, “Illegal entry into the country is equivalent to a felony punishable by two years' imprisonment.” In Mexico four years ago, an illegal alien in Mexico was shot because “dark skin and work clothes likely made him appear to be an illegal immigrant.” That sounds like racial profiling to me. Racial profiling is not “racism”. Sometimes it is an extremely effective way of preventing crime or terrorism. If there is a suspicious looking Muslim is at an airport the government or privately employed security should see if he or she appears to be a threat instead of doing a full body scan of people at the airports who are not a threat at all like 80 year old grandparents for example. In the olden in days, if the government did that they would be called degenerates. At least in the case of airport screening racial profiling is just a fancy word for law enforcement. I never heard the Mexicans accused of racism for immigration enforcement.
There is so little loyalty to America in some areas of the United States that students got kicked out of school for wearing American flag shirts on Cinco De Mayo. If the American flag offends you leave the country immediately and never return. No one is forcing you to come here. You have the right to leave the country at any time. If you don’t like America feel free to exercise that right at any time. Could you imagine a school in Mexico sending students home in Mexico for wearing Mexican flags on the 4th of July because it might offend Americans? That is not likely to happen because despite the corruption in Mexico at least the politicians there do not hate their own country. At protests some of the illegal aliens and other people that protested with them attacked the police officers. At one protest, one person even threatens to murder American with shovels and axes. When foreigners are threatening to kill Americans, it should be clear there is a serious problem. The government of Mexico is even handing out maps for people to sneak in to United States illegally.
There is even a film coming out called Machete advocating illegal aliens to kill a sitting Senator in the government that makes the absurd accusation that people who favor enforcing the law would hire someone to trick an illegal alien to attempt an assassination attempt on a Senator. If it the situation were reversed they would call it a smear against Mexico. This film is anti-American. Things have gotten so bad the president of Mexico has said, “Wherever there is a Mexican, that is Mexico”. This sounds like sedition. The voice of reason today seems to be Miss Oklahoma in the Miss U.S.A. pageant who has stood up for Arizona’s right to protect its citizens. Saying this law is racial profiling or mean spirited makes as much sense as saying O.J. Simpson wants to find the real killers. I strongly support the Arizona immigration law and think it’s a good start. At least Governor Brewer had the guts to protect her state and listen to the people who know immigration is out of control. The best way to deal with the illegal alien problem would be increased border enforcement, requiring proof of citizenship or legal residence to receive government benefits or a job. If they have no money if they have an sense they will leave. The solution is simple enforce the law just like Mexico does.

Society needs to get over its hatred of white people.

According to the New Zealand Herald "When Roy Amor, 61, saw immigration officers outside his clinic, he joked to a black colleague, who was a close friend, that he "better hide", according to the Mail on Sunday." The result of this simple joke was that he was suspended from his career of 30 years and he was so upset that he committed suicide. Something is fundamentally wrong with a society where a 30-year hardworking 61-year-old white male technician named Roy Amor told a joke that lead to his reputation being so irreparably ruined that he committed suicide leaving behind his wife of 39 years along with his son and daughter. The article says "Asked if he had any regrets about suspending him, Mr. O'Byrne replied: "I don't want to comment further."" His silence speaks louder than words however. The fact that political correctness has such a stranglehold on society that a man died for an opinion and would not be defended by his boss of 30 years shows a fear of standing up against discrimination against whites out of fear of the consequences. The other possibility is that his boss had such an extreme hatred against his own race that some whites have is so extreme it would make Jeremiah Wright blush. The joke he told implied the immigration officer had a bias that would cause him to deport a black person who was in the country legally. If this man showed any bigotry at all, contrary to what this article would have you believe it was shown in the absurd accusation that immigration officers in New Zealand that they would deport a black person who was in the country legally for no reason. You may be thinking to yourself that is a shame this happened but this occurred outside the United States and that something like that could never happen in the United States. Sadly, although to my knowledge has committed suicide over accusations of racism people have been accused of racism in the United States for silly things if they are white. For example, a black woman accused a cop of racism after eating a banana on a street. Then the spineless mayor wrote her a letter to apologize to assure her it would never happen again. However if bigotry is expressed in a way that portrays whites negatively or shows hatred no matter how extreme towards white people is not only tolerated it is sometimes celebrated.
Exhibit A is that it is now a reality that a Gay, Lesbian, Bisexual, Transgender group will imply you are a white supremacist for wearing a straight pride T-shirt. It is now a reality in America that homosexual will openly show prejudice against straight people for celebrating that they are not homosexual while they celebrate the sin of homosexuality. While I personally think it is important to attempt to show humility as opposed to being arrogant and conceded when dealing with people that are acting in a manner where they show bigotry against straight people and know all kinds of things that aren’t true it is important to not let them push you around. It’s possible to be fair to treat people that have no idea what they are talking about with decency but it is absurd to bend over backwards for people who are making the world worse who are brainwashed into thinking they are doing the opposite. In addition, if black pride, Hispanic pride, Asian pride, Jewish pride, Arab pride and gay pride is acceptable then white pride and straight pride should be acceptable as well. Exhibit B is that it is now a reality that anti-Christian bigots like Sarah Silverman on national television can joke how she thinks it is funny that Jews killed Jesus showing extreme anti-Christian bigotry. Exhibit C is that it is now a reality that activist Dr. Kamau Kambon on C-span advocated killing all white people on national television. If the situation were reversed, the man would probably be executed and the media would probably whine about it for months. The level of anti-white bigotry is so extreme that it is socially acceptable and politically correct to advocate the genocide of the entire white race, face no criminal charges, and be applauded by other blacks. This level of anti-white bigotry in this nation as well as others is absolutely shameful, completely repulsive and beyond sickening. This is absolutely madness and has to stop. Exhibit D the television media is absolutely silent on the genocide of white Afrikaners. Could you imagine a genocide being ignored by the media if the victims were a race other than white?
Exhibit E General George Casey said “Our diversity, not only in our Army, but in our country, is a strength. And as horrific as this tragedy was, if our diversity becomes a casualty, I think that’s worse,” after 14 people were killed on an army base. The article does not mention the unborn child of a pregnant woman that was also killed. When generals are pandering to Muslims after one shot and killed fourteen people it’s important to focus on national security and prevent this from happening again and not pandering to Muslims. I don’t think he represents all Muslims but unfortunately I think a significant percentage of Muslims. 13% of think suicide bombings are acceptable. If I Christian in Iran killed 14 Muslims I don’t think the media over there would be concerned about diversity and acceptance of Christianity and insist Christianity is a Religion of Peace even though Christianity was founded by the Prince of Peace. This list goes on and on. Maybe next time a white person is accused of being a racist without any evidence or if they are called a racist for speaking the truth, you just might be witnessing bigotry against whites. Bigotry against whites in America is not just growing it is soaring. Entire novels could be written on this subject but I feel that I have made my point. If anyone that disagrees with me happens to be reading this blog post the purpose of this blog post is not about hating nonwhite races it is about pointing out hatred and extreme discrimination against whites.
